The Need for Site Speed – how to make your website faster…
Learn how to monitor website performance and understand the importance of optimising your website to make it load more quickly and provide a better user experience. This free seminar/webinar is delivered by UKNetWeb and Niddocks in association with The Mobile Conference.
As mobile website usage soars and people upgrade to superfast fibre broadband, the need for faster websites is increasing. Slow websites will deliver a more noticeably poor user experience whilst organisations with faster websites will shine through.
Rob Edlin of Niddocks Online Marketing will be talking about the importance of site speed for mobile users and the benefits to SEO together with an introduction to features in Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools available for site and page speed analysis.
Toby Parkins of UKNetWeb will be showing how you go about assessing your own website and provide an overview of speed optimisation techniques that need to be considered.
This event will be of interest to all website owners or managers and will be in both seminar and webinar formats: the seminar will be at UKNetWeb’s offices at The Engine House, St Agnes from 12.30pm on Wed 11th January 2012 and the webinar broadcast will begin at 1pm. There will be a question and answer opportunity for both physical and virtual attendees.
There are limited places at the physical seminar so please book one of these tickets if you wish to attend in person. If you wish to attend the webinar, please book one of these tickets and we will email you with details of how to log into the webinar. You will just need a broadband connected computer and speakers.
